Description
Procurement of a video conferencing system solution along with Smart LED screen and allied accessories for DG PAA on F.O.R. basis. E-bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements and are available through EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. Bidders must submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 and manual submission is not entertained. Prospective bidders must provide proof of Active Taxpayer List compliance and GST/NTN certificates of FBR before bid opening. Fixed bid security of PKR 146,011/- is required, with the original bid security to be received before bid submission and a copy of the pay order or bank guarantee attached through EPADS. The performance period continues until satisfactory completion of the contract and warranty period. The bid submission and opening are conducted through EPADS v2.0, and the bid opening is at the specified conference location.
