Repair Maintenance Official Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of official vehicles for the financial year 2026-27, covering bus, Vego, Suzuki Carry, Suzuki Bolan, Potohar and motorbike. Only Form-C registered firms or contractors may participate, and the contractor must be a sole proprietor having a complete setup including shop, store or workshop with adequate supplies in Gilgit city. Bidders must submit complete documents and filled forms for all listed vehicles. A bid security of 2.5% in the form of Call Deposit issued by a Scheduled Bank or KCBL is required in favour of the Director Special Education Complex Gilgit. Bid prices for individual items must not be unrealistically high or low compared with prevailing market rates. Successful bidders must deposit 10% performance security and provide warranty for items where the manufacturer or company provides warranty. Suppliers must also provide items not listed in the tender copy at prevailing market rates. An affidavit confirming that the firm or company is not blacklisted is mandatory. The tender opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Committee and contractors.
