Vehicle Stationery Miscellaneous Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Supply and procurement activities for the financial year 2026-2027 comprising repair of vehicles and motorcycles, stationery items, and miscellaneous or other items. For vehicle and motorcycle repair, all vehicle parts must be genuine, and the contractor or supplier must have a shop, general store, workshop or departmental store in Gilgit city registered in the supplier or contractor name. The number of items may be increased or decreased, and rates quoted in the tender apply for the financial year without further alteration or amendment. Bidders must submit a refundable 5% call deposit through Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Election Commission Gilgit-Baltistan. Incomplete or ambiguous tenders are not accepted, and failure to repair vehicles after issuance of a work order may result in confiscation of the call deposit.
