Road Widening And C Wd Office Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works comprising improvement and widening of the road from Changmer Bridge to Tota Imtiaz Lake, including construction of rigid or PCC pavement on the Changmer Ganouq Tota Lake Track, construction of the C&WD Office at Kharmong Portion-I, and construction of a Category-II quarter for the XEN House at Kharmong Portion-II. The estimated costs are Rs. 39.560 million, Rs. 44.581 million and Rs. 22.124 million respectively, with bid securities of Rs. 0.790 million, Rs. 0.89 million and Rs. 0.442 million. Eligible firms, contractors and joint ventures must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and code, possess relevant experience and maintain valid PEC registration for CFY 2026-27 and renewed enlistment with the procurement agency. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes. A non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 10000/- is payable through treasury receipt passed by NBP Mehdiabad. Financial proposals of technically unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened, while only technically responsive and qualified bidders will proceed to financial evaluation. Proposals received late, partially or incompletely will be rejected.
