Lease Operation Management Tourist View Point Tender Notice
Description
Lease, operation, management and maintenance of Tourist View Point Kargah Buddha (Yashini), including visitor services, security, preservation and upkeep. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under the Gilgit-Baltistan Public Procurement Rules, 2022. Eligible registered firms, companies and joint ventures must have relevant experience and financial capability and must not be blacklisted. A bid security of Rs. 200000/- through Call Deposit Receipt issued by any scheduled bank in favour of the Director, Archaeology & Museums Department, must accompany the Technical Proposal. The opening is scheduled for 24 September 2026 at 12:30 Hrs.
