Tent Service And Catering Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Supply of tent service and catering equipment for arrangements of national and other State Function Celebrations during financial year 2026-27 on FOR Muzaffarabad basis through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under a closed framework agreement. The procurement comprises a complete lot of 42 tent service and catering items. Rates must be quoted item-wise inclusive of taxes and according to specifications, and quoted rates will remain valid until 30 June 2027 without increase. A Call Deposit of Rs. 50000/- in favour of DDO Services Department must accompany the tender. Bidders must provide items according to approved rates and specifications and ensure timely supply during events. Preference will be given to firms offering minimum rates for mandatory items. Bidding documents are available for Rs. 1500/- and the application must include an attested Income Tax certificate and two-year experience certificate. Quantities may be increased or decreased during events under PPRA Rules 2017. Applicable taxes in Azad Kashmir will be deducted and no advance payment will be made. Firms must submit an affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and tax compliance. The tender may be rejected in whole or part under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 Rule 33.
