Local Medicines Government Employees Tender Notice
Description
Local purchase of medicines for government employees for financial year 2026-27 under AJK PPRA Rules 2017. The procurement shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate sealed Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes within one sealed outer package. The Technical Proposal will be evaluated first, while the Financial Proposal of a bidder failing the evaluation criteria will remain unopened and be returned. The estimated budget is Rs. 2500000/- and the tender form fee is Rs. 630/-. A Call Deposit of Rs. 50000/- issued by a Scheduled Bank in favour of the Medical Superintendent must accompany the tender, and cheques are not acceptable. Quoted rates or discounts shall remain valid until 30 June 2027 and the supplier will be bound to supply at those rates until that date. Bidders must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper confirming that they are not blacklisted by any Government or semi-government institution of Pakistan or AJK. Applicable taxes will be deducted according to prevailing rules, and final approval is subject to approval by the Director General Health Services, Muzaffarabad. Tenders must be submitted by 25 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM.
