Description
Procurement of cassette printer with scanner. Eligible vendors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments or relevant authorities may participate. Bidding follows the PPRA 2014 procedure under Single Stage Two Envelope procurement. The bid security is 2% of the estimated amount and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. E-bids must be submitted online and hard copies are not required. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening of bids. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
