Installation of bore with solar system for farmers of Moza Kharjin Sanjavi including drilling installation of solar equipment and associated works under project with open competitive bidding through single stage two envelope procedure using electronic submission via EPPS including eligibility based technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bidding document fee of one thousand PKR bid security of two percent of estimated cost performance security of five percent of contract value and bid validity of ninety days
