Description
Purchase of IT equipment for newly created Additional Deputy Commissioner (Enforcement) and Assistant Additional Commissioners in District Faisalabad. Lot 1 includes laptops, a 65-inch Android LED TV, and camera and microphone wireless equipment. Lot 2 includes executive tables, executive chairs, foam chairs, sofa sets, glass side tables and coffee table sets. Eligible firms, authorized dealers and service providers must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority, Punjab e-Procurement System and other relevant bodies and must have relevant technical and financial capacity. Procurement follows Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders may participate in one or more lots and must submit separate bids and bid security for each lot. Bid security is 3% of estimated cost and must be submitted electronically through the prescribed digital banking facility using PSID. Successful bidders must furnish 5% performance guarantee. Rates must include applicable taxes.
