Pre-qualification of local and international firms, companies, joint ventures and EPC contractors for a CO2 Capture Plant at Gujjar Colony, Lahore. Applicants must have relevant experience and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-2 category or above. Foreign companies may apply in joint venture with a local firm having PEC registration in C-2 category or above and must comply with applicable PEC rules, bylaws and registration policy. Applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit the complete EOI application with all documents required in the Prequalification Document. The PQD is available free of cost in English through the prescribed electronic platforms and organizational website.
