Prequalification Ict Hardware Pkli Rawalpindi Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of firms for procurement of ICT hardware equipment for PKLI and RC Rawalpindi. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments or authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. Prequalification applications or bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and hard copies are not required. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement mechanism, with physical CDR or Bank Guarantee not accepted. Detailed specifications, quantities, estimated cost, bid security amount, submission requirements and evaluation method are contained in the prequalification or tender documents. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
