Description
Procurement and installation of IP cameras, hard drives, UPS, network switches, network cable, electric cable, 2U rack, PVC boxes, duct, pipe, JDMI cables, RJ45 connectors, screws, Rawal plug, Nitto tape, metal clump and cable tie. Eligible firms must be well-reputed, financially sound, experienced in the specific field and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost and must be submitted online through PSID. Rates must include GST/PST and bids remain valid for 180 days from opening. Successful bidder must furnish 10% performance guarantee through PSID or online Bank Guarantee. The tender is awarded as a whole to the lowest evaluated bidder.
