Construction Lady Bar Room Yazman Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Lady Bar Room at Yazman, District Bahawalpur. Contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category, specifications and code, and contractors without the relevant specification code will not be entertained. Procurement follows Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(1). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on an item-rate basis against each BOQ item, including the amount against each item and accurate grand total. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost and must be submitted electronically; physical CDR is not accepted. PEC license for 2026-27 must be provided to the Tender Opening Committee. Percentage rates, incorrect grand totals, incomplete bids and corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected records may be declared non-responsive. Performance guarantee is required as per PPRA rules.
