Home Solar System Village Gioar Kot Ghulam Ali Tender Notice
Description
Provision and installation of home solar system at Village Gioar, Kot Ghulam Ali and others, District Kachhi under PSDP No. 1795, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. Procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, hold active Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, have completed one similar assignment, and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in three subsequent previous years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council at C-6 or above is required in relevant category and specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii) or EE11(iii), with one similar DC Solar Home System assignment completed in the Government Sector during the last three years. Bid security is 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
