Cochlear Implant Devices Mustahik Child Patients Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of cochlear implant devices through Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal for mustahik child patients for financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers or their authorized agents and distributors registered with FBR/SRB and appearing on the applicable Active Taxpayers Lists for income tax and GST/SST. Procurement will be conducted under the relevant Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 as amended in 2019 through EPADS. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3,000 is payable through Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 1% of the total quoted bid value in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. Bids will be opened in the Green Hall. Applicable government taxes including Professional Tax, GST, SRB and others shall be included where applicable. Pro Tip: Verify FBR/SRB active taxpayer status, manufacturer or authorized-agent credentials, the 1% bid-security calculation and the Rs.3,000 tender fee before completing the EPADS submission.
