Description
Construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of Main Shalowzan Road to Luqmankhel Village for 4.5 KMs under ADP 2089 (2026-27). The estimated cost is Rs.2.212 million, with bid security of Rs.33,200 and a tender entry fee of Rs.0.03% as stated in the notice. Eligible contractors must possess PEC category C-4 or above and participate through the EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted through the prescribed electronic procurement process, with original CDR for bid security and tender fee enclosed in the financial bid and affidavit on stamp paper placed in the technical proposal. Additional security requirements apply to bids quoted more than 10% or 20% below the Engineer Estimate, including detailed rate analysis for bids more than 20% below.
