Installation of tunnel farming system and solar system including construction works installation of solar equipment and associated agricultural infrastructure at Killi Almas Quetta under project with open competitive bidding through single stage two envelope procedure using electronic submission via EPPS including eligibility based technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bidding document fee of one thousand five hundred PKR bid security of two percent of estimated cost performance security of ten percent of contract value and bid validity of ninety days
