Procurement of laptops for the IT Infrastructure Wing and various projects, comprising three lots. Lot 1 includes Laptop Ultra 7 TMP with 32 GB and 16 GB configurations, with quantities of 10 and 18 respectively, estimated total cost Rs.16,800,000 and fixed bid security Rs.336,000. Lot 2 comprises 20 Laptops Ultra 7 14-inch, estimated cost Rs.8,000,000 and fixed bid security Rs.160,000. Lot 3 comprises 11 Laptops Ultra 7, estimated cost Rs.5,500,000 and fixed bid security Rs.110,000. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, completed, signed and stamped through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Pro Tip: Check each lot specification and quantity carefully and ensure the separate technical and financial submissions contain all required registration and supporting documents.
