Supply Installation Solar System Gct Rawalpindi Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of a solar system for Government College of Technology, Rawalpindi, comprising a 110Kw inverter and 70 Kw solar panels. Eligible contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council enlistment or registration for Financial Year 2026-27 in appropriate category C-6 or above with project codes EE-11 and EE-06, and must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and the appropriate PPIB category. The estimated amount is Rs.9,481,297 and bid security is 5% amounting to Rs.474,064. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids are not accepted. Bid security is to be submitted through 1 Link or online bank transfer using a PSID generated through the system. Only accumulative rates for the whole tender will be used to determine the lowest evaluated bidder.
