Web Hosting Online Portals Tender Notice
Description
Web hosting service for multiple online portals at the main campus. Eligible well-established parties, contractors and firms must be duly registered with the relevant authorities, including KPRA for this procurement, Income Tax and Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with active taxpayer status where applicable. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System using the Single Stage Two Envelope process. Manual submission is not accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held in the Committee Room. Bid security of 2% in the form of CDR in favor of the Treasurer must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original hard copy submitted with the company letterhead before the e-bid deadline. Pro Tip: Confirm E-PADS registration and applicable KPRA, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation compliance, and ensure the 2% CDR is uploaded and its original submitted within the prescribed requirements.
