Queue Management System Main Campus Tender Notice
Description
Supply and implementation of a Queue Management System at the main campus. Eligible well-established parties, contractors and firms must be duly registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and KPRA as applicable. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System using the Single Stage Two Envelope process. Manual submission is not accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held in the Committee Room. Bid security of 2% in the form of CDR in favor of the Treasurer must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original hard copy submitted with the company letterhead before the e-bid deadline. Pro Tip: Verify E-PADS registration and taxpayer compliance, review the Queue Management System specifications and implementation requirements, and ensure the 2% CDR is uploaded correctly with its original submitted before the e-bid deadline.
