Description
Provision of home solar panels at Killi Kshani, Engr Jamal Khetran, Barkhan under PSDP No. 1883 Z2026.3966, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. Procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, must have active Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, one completed assignment of similar nature and turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in three subsequent previous years. Pakistan Engineering Council registration at C-6 or above is required with relevant category and specialized code EE11(i), EE11(ii) or EE11(iii), and one similar DC Solar Home System assignment in the Government Sector during the last three years. Bid security is 2% through Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
