Procurement of linen items for financial year 2026 to 2027 including supply of medical textile products and related accessories with open competitive bidding through single stage two envelope procedure using electronic submission via EPPS including eligibility based technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bidding document fee of one thousand PKR bid security of fixed amount two hundred thousand PKR performance security of five percent of contract value and bid validity of ninety days
