Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System from experienced and well-established security companies duly registered with relevant Federal and Provincial authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and concerned provincial authorities. Procurement will use Open National Competitive Bidding as the principal method with Single Stage One Envelope procedure and Most Advantageous Bid technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order, refundable as specified, with scanned copy uploaded through e-PADS and original hard copy submitted physically. The successful bidder must provide 10% Performance Guarantee in the form of Bank Guarantee. Pro Tip: Verify all Federal and Provincial registrations and active taxpayer status, prepare the 2% bid security in the prescribed form with both scanned and original versions, and ensure the 10% Performance Guarantee requirement is understood before bidding.
