Construction of fruit and vegetable markets grain markets bus terminals and livestock markets in district Killa Saifullah under PSDP project including civil works infrastructure development and associated facilities with open competitive bidding through single stage two envelope procedure using electronic submission via EPPS including eligibility based technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bidding document fee of one thousand five hundred PKR bid security of three percent of estimated cost performance security of ten percent of contract value and bid validity of ninety days
