Development and rehabilitation of dug well installation of five HP solar system for dug well under national program for enhancing command area of small and mini dams in Barani areas of Pakistan Balochistan component district Kachhi Bolan including civil works solar installation and associated infrastructure with open competitive bidding under single stage two envelope procedure including submission through courier or tender box technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bidding document fee of one thousand five hundred PKR bid security of two percent of estimated cost performance security of ten percent of contract value and bid validity of ninety days
