Development of dug well with solar system provision of oilseeds pulses seeds fodder forage seed along with land preparation and provision of fruit plants in district Chaman including agricultural inputs solar installation and associated works with open competitive bidding under single stage two envelope procedure including submission through courier or tender box technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bidding document fee of one thousand five hundred PKR bid security of two percent of estimated cost and bid validity of ninety days
