Framework Contract For Calibration Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of calibration services for financial year 2026-27 on DDP basis according to the specifications in the Standard Bidding Document. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,200,000. Bids are invited from concerned registered vendors including suppliers, firms, companies and distributors having established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount of the quoted lot must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System separately for each package or lot before submission of the e-bid. E-bids shall only be submitted and accepted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding procedure shall be open competitive single-stage two-envelope under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, with evaluation on a lot-wise basis and award to the lowest evaluated bid. Bid validity is 180 days from the bid opening date.
