Repair Ups Units Battery Replacement Tender Notice
Description
Repair of UPS units of different departments and supply and installation of batteries at the procuring entity. The estimated cost is PKR 730,939 and refundable bid security or earnest money is 2% amounting to PKR 14,619. Bids are invited from sole proprietors, manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized dealers registered for sales tax and income tax. The procurement shall follow the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a), with financial and technical proposals submitted separately through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security shall be submitted online in the prescribed manner. Bids must be quoted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and shall be opened by the Tender Committee in the presence of participating firms or companies and their representatives. Procurement, including acceptance or rejection of bids, shall be governed by applicable Punjab Procurement Rules.
