Replacement Underground Water Supply Line Tender Notice
Description
Replacement of the main underground water supply line around the Basic Science Block at the Main Campus. The estimated cost is PKR 2,488,000 and earnest money is PKR 112,000, with a completion period of 1 month. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current year may participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Contractors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit rates in both figures and words against every item of the approved and signed DNIT, with all items completely filled. The bid must be submitted electronically and will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM; manual bids shall not be accepted. Each page of the tender and uploaded offer must be signed and stamped. Bid security requirements must be completed before the e-bid submission deadline. Bidders must provide Power of Attorney where applicable, CNIC, active NTN, PRA registration, at least 2 completed contracts of similar nature and cost equal to or higher than the current project, competition certificate, affidavit of no litigation and blacklisting, and valid professional tax certificate. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected bids shall be rejected, and conditional or incomplete bids shall not be accepted.
