Hiring of contractors or firms for managing the disposal of industrial effluent at Rahim Yar Khan Industrial Estate. The initial contract period is 6 months and may be extended for another 6 months at the same rates and terms of reference subject to satisfactory performance. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, have their names on the Active Tax Payers List and possess experience of similar works. Bidding shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a single-stage one-envelope basis. Completed, signed and stamped e-bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of Rs. 191,083, representing 2% of the estimated cost, must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab; physical financial instruments including CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order and Bank Draft shall not be accepted.
