Supply of electric ceiling fans of 3 Star quality and energy efficient 56 inch sweep for construction of the BS Block and renovation of Government Post Graduate College for Women, Samanabad, Lahore, comprising pure copper winding embossed on the fan motor body, imported electric steel sheet, three blades, 4-speed concealed regulator or dimmer, noiseless running, 1 to 2 foot down rod using 3/4 inch diameter GI pipe as required at site, stoving white paint, valid PSQCA certification, operating voltage of 200-250 Volts and frequency of 50-60 Hz, with a 2-year warranty. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,170,000 and earnest money is 2% amounting to Rs. 23,400. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with item-rate bidding, and bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialization code for financial year 2026-27. Earnest money shall be submitted through 1-Link or online bank transfer from a scheduled bank using the PSID generated on the e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted and opened at 11:30 AM; manual bids shall not be accepted.
