Supply Medicine Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicine at Safari Zoo Lahore for financial year 2026-27 under a framework contract on package or lot-wise basis. The estimated bid value is PKR 15.897 million and bid security is PKR 0.795 million representing 5% of the estimated bid value. Sealed bids through e-PADS are invited from eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors duly registered with PPRA, engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and PRA. The electronic bids shall be uploaded and evaluated under the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bid security of 5% of the estimated price must accompany the bids in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS and opened electronically on the same day at 01:30 PM. Bid validity is 120 days after opening.
