Maintenance and repair works for government offices and residence in Faisalabad, comprising maintenance and repair of the Office of Additional Deputy Commissioner (E), Faisalabad with estimated cost of Rs. 4.000 million and earnest money of Rs. 0.200 million; maintenance and repair of the Office of Additional Assistant Commissioner, Tehsil City, Faisalabad with estimated cost of Rs. 2.500 million and earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million; maintenance and repair of the Office of Additional Assistant Commissioner, Tehsil Saddar, Faisalabad with estimated cost of Rs. 2.500 million and earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million; maintenance and repair of the Office of Additional Assistant Commissioner, Tehsil Jaranwala, Faisalabad with estimated cost of Rs. 2.500 million and earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million; and maintenance and repair of the residence of the Additional Assistant Commissioner, Faisalabad with estimated cost of Rs. 2.500 million and earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on an item-rate basis. Contractors must possess valid renewed Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the relevant category and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost must be submitted digitally through the e-Procurement System; physical CDRs, Pay Orders and Demand Drafts shall not be accepted. Successful bidders must furnish a mandatory 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. Bidders must quote item rates, total amounts and grand totals, while percentage-above-or-below rates shall not be accepted. Complete DNIT or BOQ and rate analysis documents are required, and incomplete bids shall be non-responsive. Responsive bids will be opened on 28-09-2026 at 11:30 AM.
