Extension Of Society Office Building Tender Notice
Description
Extension of Society Office on the 1st Floor at PGSH Scheme Mohlanwal, Lahore, with an estimated cost of Rs. 19,170,192 including 5% PRA and bid security of Rs. 958,510, with a completion time of 3 months. Bidding shall be conducted on item-rate basis under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Eligible contractors and firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, possess a valid PEC License for financial year 2026-27 in relevant category C-6 or above with specialization code CE-10, and have active filer NTN and PNTN. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Digital bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory in favour of Project Director, PGSHS and shall be processed through the e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Item-wise rates must be quoted against the DNIT/BOQ and all rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages must be completed. Conditional, incomplete, corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected bids shall be rejected. Technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will subsequently be opened. Bids must be submitted and opening is scheduled for 11:30 AM. Up to 10% performance guarantee may be required in the prescribed form.
