Framework contract covering beautification and rehabilitation of kerb stones, jersey barriers, lane marking, tuff tiles and installation of cat eyes on different roads within Municipal Corporation limits of Dera Ghazi Khan, with estimated cost of Rs. 19.995 million and 5% earnest money of Rs. 999,250; repair and maintenance of existing bus stops and shelters for E-Buses public transport and construction or establishment of new bus stops within Municipal Corporation limits, with estimated cost of Rs. 10.00 million and earnest money of Rs. 500,000; and purchase and supply of street light materials for restoration of street lights on different roads and street chowks under the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation Dera Ghazi Khan, with estimated cost of Rs. 9.860 million and earnest money of Rs. 493,000. Eligible contractors and firms must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant categories or codes CE-01, CE09 and CE10 and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted online on an item-rate basis and percentage rates will be treated as non-responsive. Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost must be uploaded electronically in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation, Dera Ghazi Khan and the original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee. Bids will be retrieved and quoted rates announced at 11:30 AM. The lowest bidder whose bid is more than 5% below the sanctioned estimated cost must furnish additional performance security equal to the difference in accordance with the applicable government notification, failing which earnest money may be forfeited.
