Description
Procurement of Dialysis Unit RO Membrane for PKLI Lahore, quantity 16, with estimated amount of Rs. 1,061,408 and bid security of Rs. 21,228 equal to 2% of the estimated amount. Bids are invited only from original manufacturers, authorized exclusive distributors of foreign manufacturers or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope least-cost basis procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications are available free of cost from the PKLI tender website and Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 2% must be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement mechanism and physical financial instruments such as CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Delivery terms are DDP PKLI Lahore. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the meeting room of the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC.
