Description
Framework contract on lot-wise basis for purchase of hardware and IT equipment items, comprising Lot 1 with 4 LCD 24-inch computer monitors and 4 black-and-white duplex printers with 40 ppm speed, estimated amount Rs. 1,000,000 and 2% bid security of Rs. 20,000; and Lot 2 comprising 2 CPUs with 11th Generation Core i7 processor, 512 NVMe storage and 16 GB RAM, 2 CPUs with 4th Generation Core i5 processor, 256 SSD storage and 8 GB RAM, and 2 laptops with 9th Generation Core i7 processor, 512 SSD storage and 16 GB RAM, estimated amount Rs. 800,000 and 2% bid security of Rs. 16,000. Bids shall be received under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on framework contract and lot-wise basis. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable. Brand, quality, mode of procurement such as CFR, CPT, DDP or DAP, and required warranty for each item must be specified in the technical specifications. Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM. Bid security equal to 2% must accompany each bid in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Late bids shall be rejected.
