Security Guard Services For Residential Welfare Institutions Tender Notice
Description
Hire a firm to provide security services for residential institutions of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal in Gujranwala Division, covering Shelter Homes, Children Homes, Old Age Home and Women Transitional Home across Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Narowal and M.B.Din for FY 2026-27 from October 2026 to June 2027. A total of 36 security guards are required at an estimated cost of Rs 1,78,20,000 including applicable taxes and charges, with Rs 55,000 per month per guard. Eligible firms or companies must be engaged in relevant services and registered with relevant registration authorities, with staff qualification and eligibility requirements specified in the bidding documents. The electronic bid must include scanned Bid Security of 2% against the whole lot in the form of CDR, Banker's Cheque or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank, while the original security instrument must be delivered to the procuring office before bid closing. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Successful bidders must furnish a 5% Performance Guarantee through CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order.
