Solarized Street Light Installation Works Tender Notice
Description
Execute installation of solarized street lights for Hanna Urak, Killi Mirazai and other locations in Quetta for 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates, with an estimated cost of 180,000,000 PKR. Procurement shall follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, have completed 3 assignments of similar nature, demonstrate turnover of at least 126,000,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years, and hold Pakistan Engineering Council C-4 or above registration up to 200 million in the relevant category with specialized codes EE11(ii) Solar Energy, EE11(iii) Solar Energy System and EE11(vi) General Electrical Works Only. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, blacklisting, debarment, major litigation, nonperformance during the last 5 years or failure to sign a contract in Pakistan or with an international agency. At least 3 projects involving 80% or more similar activities, excluding non-solar items, each costing at least 50% of the estimated cost and undertaken within the last 5 years, must have been undertaken or completed. Subletting and subcontracting are not permitted. Bid Security of 2% must be provided through Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
