Medicine Related Medical Item Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Supply medicine and related items comprising 19 items. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must demonstrate 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at 4,000,000 in the previous 2 years, turnover of at least 4,100,000 PKR in 2 subsequent previous years, presence in the Active Tax Payer List, Sales Tax Certificate, non-blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and no joint venture. Bidders must submit the required 2% Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, provide a valid or renewed Drug Sale License, unconditionally agree to the bidding documents and contract conditions, and provide an affidavit of non-litigation on 100 Rs stamp paper duly attested by a First Class Magistrate. The supplier must have settled tax obligations with no pending demands or disputes with FBR tax authorities and submit the last three years' audit reports issued by audit firms registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Maximum supply period is 30 days. Shelf life must be 75% for local products and 70% for imported products from the date of supply.
