Solar Home Systems Installation Works South Tender Notice
Description
Execute solar energy works for multiple schemes under PSDP in southern Balochistan based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. The schemes include Home Solar Systems at UC Soro - East Zamuran District Kech - North Herronk District Kech - North Khoshk District Kech - Sami Kallag District Kech. The estimated costs are 25,000,000 PKR, 19,000,000 PKR and 14,000,000 PKR for the applicable schemes, with bid security of 2% for the stated works. Eligibility requires Active Taxpayer status, active Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, no blacklisting, at least 1 similar assignment, specified turnover in 3 subsequent previous years, and Pakistan Engineering Council C-6 or above registration up to 25 million in the relevant category with specialized solar codes including EE11(i), Solar Energy and Solar Energy System. The firm must have completed 1 similar DC Solar Home System project in the Government sector during the last 3 years. Procurement will use a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid Security must be provided through Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
