Execute multiple solar energy schemes in southern Balochistan for 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. The works include Home Solar System at Tehsil Mehrabad Surab under PSDP No.1810 - Home Solar System at Killi Aurangzaib Mastung under PSDP No.1811 - Solar Street Light at Mand Tump under PSDP No.1812 - Home Solar at Libnan Mand Tump under PSDP No.1813 - Home Solar at Rideeg Mand Tump under PSDP No.1814 - Home Solar System for Killi Lehri Abad, Durra Bant, Shahwani Abad, Civil Colony and Ghafoor Abad Khuzdar under PSDP No.1808 - Home Solar System at Tehsil and District Surab under PSDP No.1809 - Home Solar Systems at UC Shapch under PSDP No.1866 - Home Solar Systems at UC Kirdkap under PSDP No.1865. Estimated costs range from 10,000,000 PKR to 25,000,000 PKR, with Bid Security of 2% for each work. Eligibility requires Active Taxpayer status, active Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, no blacklisting, at least 1 similar assignment, specified turnover based on estimated cost in 3 subsequent previous years, and PEC C-6 or above registration up to 25 million in the relevant category with solar specialized codes. Firms must have completed 1 similar DC Solar Home System project in the Government sector during the last 3 years. Procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, with Bid Security through Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
