Solar Home System Installation Works North Tender Notice
Description
Execute solar home system installation works for schemes in northern Balochistan for 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. The works include provision of Home Solar System at Sibi, Bolan Kacchi under PSDP No.1848 - Home Solar System for Tehsil Qamardin Zhob under PSDP No.1800 - Home Solar System for various Killi of District Pishin under PSDP No.1803 - Home Solar System for Tehsil Killa Saifullah and Tehsil Muslim Bagh, Killa Saifullah under PSDP No.1882. Estimated costs are 10,000,000 PKR for the first two schemes and 15,000,000 PKR for the latter two, with Bid Security of 2% for each work. Eligibility requires Active Taxpayer status, active Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, no blacklisting, at least 1 similar assignment, turnover of at least 7,000,000 PKR for schemes costing 10 million and 10,500,000 PKR for schemes costing 15 million in 3 subsequent previous years, and PEC C-6 or above registration up to 25 million in the relevant category with solar specialized codes. Firms must have completed 1 similar DC Solar Home System project in the Government sector during the last 3 years. Procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure and Bid Security must be provided through Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
