Bulk procurement of linen materials for financial year 2026 to 2027 including supply of linen items for hospital use from manufacturers sole agents sole importers and distributors registered with relevant authorities through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via EPADS including electronic submission of bids with technical and financial proposals mentioning brand name and generic name bid security up to two percent of estimated cost in acceptable financial instruments with original submission before opening bid validity one hundred eighty days opening on same day presence of bidders representatives and compliance with all procedural requirements including rejection of corrupted unreadable or incomplete bids
