Supply of coffins and dead body freezers under Package I including provision of specified items as per detailed specifications in bidding document with single stage single envelope procedure submission of sealed bids from manufacturers authorized dealers suppliers firms and importers registered with income tax departments of Pakistan and AJK including submission of bid security of five hundred thousand PKR in form of call deposit or pay order samples submission mandatory pre delivery inspection inclusion of all applicable taxes delivery within thirty days and compliance with all conditions including non acceptance of incomplete or conditional bids
