Fabrication of vehicles under Package III including design fabrication and supply of vehicles as per specifications provided in bidding document with submission of brochures and detailed specifications mandatory single stage single envelope bidding procedure sealed bids with bid security of one million two hundred thousand PKR in form of call deposit or pay order inclusion of all applicable taxes pre delivery inspection delivery within sixty days and compliance with all procedural requirements including rejection of incomplete or conditional bids
