Procurement of election material for general elections 2026 under Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission including supply of polling bags of different sizes made of khaki white and green cloth voter mark seals code seals presiding officer seals brass seals sealing wax ink pads crystal ink pens ball point pens paper pins carbon paper play cards for polling instructions hanging and table use envelopes of multiple sizes ballot paper envelopes seals for ballot boxes photocopy paper legal and A4 size computer paper HP printer toners matches and other listed items with exact quantities as specified including requirement to submit separate rates for each item provision of samples submission of bid security amount ten lakh PKR in form of call deposit in favor of Deputy Election Commission evaluation by committee based on specifications and compliance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 delivery within fifteen days after issuance of supply order inclusion of all applicable taxes and submission of complete documentation including financial strength registration and past contract details
