Re-tender framework contract for purchase of prefabricated fiber cabin and other physical items by Police Department CPO Rawalpindi for FY 2026-27. Estimated cost is 25 Million and bid security is Rs.500,000. Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Separate technical and financial bids are submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System with rates inclusive of taxes. Bidders must provide NTN, sales tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax and income tax certification, Police Character Certificate and required performance certificate.
